I online ordered the cargo utility kilt with buckle enclosure (as well as the the rainbow kilt) in April 2022 and received wrong kilts for both items. The buckle kilt was sent as a classic utility kilt with no buckles, and the rainbow kilt sent was different from the one listed on the website (non-detachable pockets). I messaged Gentry Choice about the error and they offered to exchange the items free of charge. Unfortunately the replacement rainbow kilt they shipped ended up being the wrong size (38 instead of the ordered 36) and I gave up trying to get another replacement. From original order to final replacement took over 2 weeks. Kilts themselves are quite nice.
