All items are eligible for return when they are unused and returning with original tags. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
if you are returning an item as change of mind, or for an exchange with the item which we do not have in stock and can not be arranged within 30 days, a charge for the cost involved in shipping the order will apply. We normally ship with Australia Post and the shipping costs can be referenced accordingly. No other charges such as re-inventory, admin fee etc. will be charged.
