Awful experience. The jacket arrived with broken buttons and the wrong sized protective padding. I contacted the company immediately, and after 12 emails back and forth, they are still refusing to give me a refund. The product quality is terrible, and the customer service has been even worse.
A lovely fitting jacket, perfect fit according to body measurement chart. Half the price of better known names, and the jacket is also lighter than some other ,more expensive jackets. Not a mesh jacket, textile, a great buy.
